Staff in the showroom very helpful and not at all pushy. Let us take our time. The team that came and did a delivery test knew their stuff and were very slick as where the delivery team. As soon as they walked through the door they took their shoes off too!!Definitely recommend the shop and the staff. The Ottoman bed looks great tooWent back to buy a new mattress for another bed which was dwlivered as agreed last week - same no fuss informative but not pushy. And once again the delivery team were spot on - took their shoes off before going up the stairs and very polite and helpful.

Excellent friendly professional service throughout. We were greeted on arrival in shop then left to browse at our leisure. We then received excellent informative advice about the most suitable bed for our teenage daughter & space requirements. We were then left and given time to decide with no pressure whatsoever. Once decision was made and bed ordered, it was ready to be delivered within a week and delivery guys were very efficient and polite, we received a courtesy call when they were on their way. The bed (Malaga single divan) looks very smart and daughter says it’s very comfortable, a happy teenager! Also a bonus was the half drawer at the head end so can have a bedside table without blocking the drawer. 5 stars! Thank you!Free parking right outside the shop. I was recovering from an ankle operation so this was perfect with my limited mobility.

Absolutely superb company. They care about you getting the right bed, great advice. We wanted a different bed height, no problem at all. Delivered when we needed it and the delivery guys were great too (helpful, thoughtful and careful) Highly recommended company!!

Such a great service from start to finish. Friendly advice without a hard sell, ended up with a bed that perfectly met my needs for slightly less money than the one I had seen online.Very patient arranging delivery around building work timings and turned up exactly when expected and set the bed up in my bedroom quickly, efficiently and with a smile.Wholeheartedly recommend their Ottoman bed and great service.
